RSS Feed subscription still doesn't work

The issue continues to exist in the gold release of the standard client. I installed Notes 8 over Beta 3 as the Release Notes says is supported. I also tried running the repair utility of the Notes 8 setup. Yet, I still cannot subscribe to the one preset feed or to Ed Brill's RSS feed.

Like the others, my proxy info is setup in my location document. Any ideas?
